Shipping & Returns

Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may be applied to cover shipping expenses and order processing costs.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted only in the following cases: if the wrong item was delivered, if the product received is damaged during transit, or if the product is defective. Terms & conditions apply. Conditions: Items must be in their original condition and packaging. An uncut unboxing video is required as proof for transit damage claims. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product. Non-Returnable Cases: Returns are not accepted if you didn't like the product, if you changed your mind after delivery, or if the product has been used or is not in its original condition.

Processing: Refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days upon receiving the returned item and after inspection. Mode of Refund: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method. Shipping Costs: In cases where the wrong product was delivered, GarageBYD will cover the return shipping costs.

Provide Evidence: Include photographs and an uncut unboxing video (if applicable) to support your claim. Return Shipping: Our team will guide you through the return shipping process.

Store Credits: In certain cases, we may offer store credits instead of a refund. Exchange Policy: Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
